How or where do I find some Hubba Bubba soda, (bubble gum soda, it is)?

Why would the cashier at the movie give me a discount and not to the rest of my family?

I was at the Movies with my dad and brother and we went up to order candy at the concession stand. My dad went up to get his candy and I went up next. I got a soda and she asked me if I had one of the discount passes. I said no and then she said, “with that pass, your soda is now $1.50. My brother went to purchase candy and she never asked him.

Why is their so much food, beer and eating at sports games and events?

When you go to a sporting event everywhere you look there is food, beer and soda. People eat a great deal during sporting events and it is hard to imagine going to a game without food. One wonders it anyone would go these games if food and beer were not available. I mean many people get up 3-4 times a game and are willing to miss alot in order to get hotdogs, beer and cotton candy… Why is this? Why do you think eating and drinking is such a big part of the appeal of pro sports games? Why is it that people are willing to pay such huge amounts of money for this food? Why is it that food offering is such a big part of the stadium/arena experience? Is it the tradition? The fact that eating is pleasurable and thus makes an event more fun? The guilt factor??What do you think?

im 13. and lately i havent been brushing my teeth a whole lot. i also have been drinking a bunch of soda and eating a lot of candy. can you plz help me find a way i can check if i have a cavity? i know at the dentist’s office they take this metal toothpick on a long rod and stick it in the middle of each tooth and yank the rod out. it the rod kind of sticks to ur tooth, then you have a cavity.

Piece of Wood in Candy! LAWSUIT?

There was a 1″x1/4″x1/4″ (approx) piece of wood in a piece of candy I opened for my four year old… I’ve tried contacting the candy company via email and phone w/ no results. It was purchased through Wal-Mart. Where do I go for justice? They seem to not care! This is serious! It’s children’s candy (has spongebob on it!!). Help!!
I was not physically injured and that’s not the point! Who is to say other children did not eat the piece of wood? How about taking some responsibility for screwing up?!? I’m looking for the company to say “whoops… sorry” but they aren’t saying anything. So, if I need to get legal representation for them to take notice of my complaint, I’m willing to do that.
So, if I got a splinter, then I have a case? Absurd. What about the person who found a human finger in a soda can or was it taco bell? I forget. But they didn’t eat the finger!!!
