Recipe for a white candy ?

My Grandfather used to make a white candy, he said he used a thermometer and it was set and cut into squares.
I don’t know what it was. Maybe divinity or some kind of white fudge.
Would you have recipes for something like this?

I was assigned to pick a recipe for gourmet that involves either boiling, microwaving, broiling, or simmering. I preferably would like to choose a dessert, but i can’t seem to find any recipes that involve one of these types of cooking methods. Can you help me??

Rock Candy Suckers?

I am also going to try making rock candy suckers (the sugar crystal suckers you can buy at the candy store). I know how to do that, but none of the recipes I have found say anything about flavoring, just sugar and water. Do I just add the flavored oils?

I want to make some great cookies for a guy I like. I want them to be sugar-free (the only cookies I’ve seen him eat before were sugar-free) but I want them to be really really tasty. Any recipes out there??

im alwayss craving chocolate and sweets…
what kind of things can i make easy at home to satisfy these cravings w/o buying the junk food sweets to satisfy?? i really am trying to eat healthy but im always craving sweets and i end up buying the candy im craving or ice cream or w/e it is…and i also dnt wanna gain to much weight…
any recipes and advice??
