How can I stop eating so much sugar?

I love candy, cookies, cake and all sweet things. I dont need them but I eventually give in and I feel really crappy afterward. Has anyone ever managed to reduce their sugar intake and if so how? Please give details

my bestfriend and her boyfriend keep fighting and making up and then on valentines day they got into a big fight and i ended up drinking with mary and she told me love is like a candy bar its good at first but it eventually goes away i wish love was the wrapper and she flirts with me n everything. they constantly fight thats the problem and she laughs alot.
my bad i meant to put she laughs alot when im around
is there relationship going to end soon or what
ok i keep forgetting details shes been interested in me for two years and her boyfriend n her have been dating for nearly 1 year

I think I’m addicted to sugar. I can’t go a day without it. everytime I try to get away from it… it comes back. I either have a wad of candy throughout the day. Cookies or ice cream when i get home. I LOVE candy! Help… How do I resist? This is not a joke. It’s so bad for my teeth… my body… my health.
