Should I Limit Sweets?

I just started a “healthy diet” for my age..and blah blah blah.
For this week i picked that can eat ANY sweet once a day.
for this week. It can be anything, but in generous size.:)
Example: Like a cookie, or 3 pieces of chocolate candy, ect..

But today.. i ate sweets 2 times a day..={{
i ate a cookie and then some chocolate..
Should i limit my sweets tomorrow?
Not eat any until Friday?
Or will it not matter?
and dont tell me NOT to eat sweets.. k?

I picked natura Soy Milk and am choosing between festive flavours. So I am doing a pole:
Egg Nog (for the non lactos)
Gingerbread
Cinnamon & Spice
Mint Chocolate
Candy Cane

What is this candy?

It is VERY similar to Ferero Rocher chocolate candy but different. It is shaped as a ball, and is the same size as Ferero Rocher. It has sweetened coconut on the outer layer, and thin wafer on the next, this white sweet cream on the inside, and a macademian nut on the inside of the creme.

How do you ship chocolate candy and cakes?

Caramel for Candy Apples?

I plan on making caramel and chocolate candy apples for Halloween. What is the best caramel I can use to coat the apples that wont turn into a hard surface, but more of a chewy texture?
