What’s up with that? This morning I bought a couple at the store while getting gas, started eating on one of them on the way back to car, threw it in the seat and went back inside and bought a handful more. I just love chocolate. What’s this a sign of, and no I do not have sugar.

why is sugar so bad?

I put sugar in my coffee ( 2tbsp) and i do that twice a day, and i also put sugar in my green tea. I dont eat candy bars of junk food, so is sugar really that bad for me? What makes it so bad? Is it worse than pure fat or can you have it in moderation and not eat junk>?
I have no clue, any answer would be helpful.

What have you found is the most low calorie diet friendly energy bar?

I like to use energy bars as snack replacements during my diet, but most of them are as bad candy bars, calorie and sugar wise. What’s your favorite energy bar? Any not made with crappy ingredients like high fructose corn syrup would be great as well.
